Fuer den Mikroskopeinsatz haben wir ein Objektiv Antrieb entwickelt, der sehr schnell, hochaufloesend und langzeitstabil ist. Desweiteren bieten wie einen einzigartig grossenen Verfahrbereich von 15mm und zwei Schnellverschluesse fuer den Antrieb selber und fuer die Objektive an. Passend dazu gibt es verschieden Nanopositioniere mit Interferometerpraezision. 3x kaeftiger und 100x praeziser als vergleichbare Wetbewerbprodukte durch eigenen Nanosensor.  .
